Why are Serums/Vitamin
concentrates/capsules valuable to my
daily skincare routine?
They help strengthen, protect, firm, repair
and regenerate the skin against radical
damage.
Full of antioxidants  they are
very concentrated
but are light in texture
thus absorbed very easily, deeply and
quickly into the skin.  They help even out
skin tone and help diminish the look of
pores and help smooth and prevent and
slow down the appearance of fines lines
and wrinkles!
They are like a daily vitamin
for your skin.....

It is recommended anyone Over the age
of
25 yrs use a repairing/treating product
such as serums or concentrates,
ampoules or any other type of skin
boosters
3x weekly, 30 + yrs once daily,
skins
50+ yrs it is recommended to use
once or twice daily.....
60+ yrs use twice
daily, on
some 40+ skins may need to
use twice daily also due to premature
ageing
/menopause/illness/stress or much
skin damage from the sun and then when
skin looks better/healed you can cut back
to once daily.

I also have clients who use serums when
needed, when they feel their skins needs
a boost, or as an intense treatment, use
serum 1-2x daily till bottle empty, like 2-4
times a year or every change of  season.

Again, do what feels right of your skin.

Remember if using a serum as an
intense/cure treatment then it is
suggested you use morning and evening
till results acheived.
then you can go to the schedule above.
I recommend using serums at night if
using once daily only.
Consistent and proper use over 3 months
will produce the best results.
Sometimes up to 6 monts or a little
longer depending on skins condition and
so on.....!

Many clients who use vitamin c serums,
like to use c serum once a day in the
morning and aha (alpha hydroxy acid)
creams or retinol creams at night for a
super antiaging program treatment.

REMEMBER you can use one type of
serum in the morning and another kind
at night for example use Dr. Renaud
Celeste Serum Morning and Retinol or C
Serum at night or use a
ampoule/concentrate in the morning and
a serum at night or vis versa.....

I always recommend to use A (Retinol)
serums at night

Facial oils such as Rosagraf
Pomergranate, 40+ antiaging, Dr Renaud
Omega 3 and others are so beneficial for
the skin, all skins but especially for
mature skins.
