I recommend to use once or twice daily or as needed.
I usually recommend that if your skin is really dehydrated you use twice a
day, morning and evening for 1 week, then after that once a day at night till
bottle empty, then if you wish you can use 2-3 times a week to
upkeep/maintain or use as needed when skin feels it needs a boost and feels
dehydrated. I have clients who use it year round 1x daily and use another
serum at night like c+ or retinol and so on..... or alternate, use till bottle
empty use another serum and then come back or just use this product twice
a year for a boost for their skin ......
