A spectacular breakthrough in skin hydration - right at the
heart of cells
OWING to the AHD3 complex including
peptides this 24 hour
treatment cream acts right at the heart of cells to re-energize
the natural hydrating mechanisms which allow the skin to
self-hydrate thus keeping the skin well balanced.  Exceptional
hydrating, protective and softening properties are added to this
supercharged
Complex of Ceramides, Rhamnosoft HP
(Inflammation softening polysaccharide, specially suited for use
to reverse damaged skin),
P.A. Reviviscence (natural protection
for the skin against environmental stressors) for a deep and
long lasting hydration.
Lecithin helps lock in moisture and
restores suppleness.
Viola tricolor Extract (Wild Pansy) purifying,
anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, healing, rejuvenating, soothing
and nourishing.
Indica Seed Polysaccharide; a natural film
forming polysaccharide, that has moisturizing effectiveness
equal to
Hyaluronic Acid, stimulates skin repair, and protects
against environmental damage and premature ageing.
Its ultra-light melting and  non-sticky texture with a  fresh
aroma....
From
the very first day the skin surface is visibly younger
looking - the skin is instantly plumped, hollow areas are filled
out and features are smoothed.  With time the skin becomes
stronger less reactive with an increased resistance to
environmental, day to day stressors and climatic stresses...
Amazing Texture! Nice Smell!

It is recommended to go through 2 jars of this cream to acheive
maximum results...

The purpose of hydrascience  cream is to balance and rehydrate
the skin once this is acheived you may want to alternate with
other creams and use hydrascience as needed....

I have seen great results with this cream for skins that
are sensitive, problemed and with diffused redness.
Dehydrated skin -
Dehydration of the
skin is related to
cold or hot outdoor
or indoor
temperatures, wind,
sun, air conditioner,
heating it can also
be caused by
emotional
feelings like anger,
stress, illness, or
any condition that
affects the nervous
system.  Dry
skin is cause by not
having enough oils
in the skin, and
dehydrated skin is
from not
having enough
water in the skin.

Hydrascience AHD3
creams or
Hydracomplexe
Serum or
Hydrascience Mask
are beneficial .
SKIN CARE SHOULD BE A PRIORITY FOR WOMEN WHO WANT
TO AGE GRACEFULLY.

Remember after loosing weight it takes 6 months to a year sometimes even up to 2
years for skin to bounce back/regain it's elasticity.
Did you know that cream with
retinol
(vitamin A) helps with cellulite.  Also using a loofah along with creams daily
containing ingredients such as collagen, vitamin e, shea butter, cocoa butter,
hyaluronic acid, elastin, soy, peptides and so on.......
Dr Renaud has a good body
cream and so does
Phyto Sintesi

Lipsticks/Lipgloss - Did you know that light colors and glossy/creamy finish make lips appear
fuller while dark and matt make lips look smaller.!

Regular Facials will improve skin's texture, radiance, tone and overall appearance.

Frenchwomen regard the pampering of the skin and body as an enjoyable ritual not as another thing
they have to do........ taking care of their skin takes top priority, they follow rigorous skincare
regimes, THEY love and use toners daily and the regular use of masks and light oils is very important
to their routine.  Frenchwomen do not beleive in harsh invasive/aggressive treatments they prefer
gentle care.  They use
good quality products (yes quality does make a difference, through my
professional knowledge and on hands experience with this daily in the salon, I do beleive to its
truthness), Frenchwomen have and use many many different products for skincare and bodycare.......
Makeup is minimal - they wear little to no foundation, little to no blush, mascara, eye liner (they like
light to dark grey liners- ex: light gray, slate grey (medium), charcoal (dark) grey), little eyeshadow,
lipgloss and/or neutral colored lipsticks and/or red lipsticks (light to bright reds including pinkish reds,
brown reds, pinkish brownish reds).  Keep everything looking natural even with makeup on..... never
overdone.  They wear their nails in a squarish shape.....
Ageing eyes look great in grey, brown
and plum/raisin eyeliners.
Lips - Dehydrated lips that are dry or flaky automatically look thinner and more wrinkled so wear your
lipsticks, lip balms or lip gloss all the time, hydrate, hydrate and hydrate some more
Salt Baths - Taking a bath regularly in salts is so beneficial and therapeutic for your skin body and
mind.
The healing properties of salt are also known in allopathic medicine. It is recommended to use sea
salt, epsom salts or use himalayan salt.  1-2 cups are recommended.  They are high in mineral content which
are absorbed by the body while soaking, they exfoliate and hydrate the skin while absorbing critical mineals
through skin.  Soak for at least 12 minutes up to 20 minutes.
If you do not wish to take a bath then you
can soak your feet in a bowl with 1/4 -1/2 CUP of salts AND just enough water to cover the top of your
feet.   Soak for 30 minutes in warm water once weekly to destress and absorb critical minerals that your
body needs, you will sleep better.
Did you know that new wrinkles can appear in a matter of months, or even weeks, during times of
stress.  Stress slows down new collagen production and slows cell turnover and increases dryness
which makes wrinkles all the more noticeable.  What can be done?  Antioxidants like vitamin C, vitamin
A, Green Tea either cream or serum form or adding a collagen booster or peptides to your skin care
routine will help boost and repair.....  The good news is ,  these wrinkles may come on suddenly, but
usually they can also be remidied just as fast.
Moisturising your skin daily is so important, it helps your skin repair itself and help against future
damage all while preventing premature ageing.....
Tip for the winter instead of changing your moisturiser
you may add/incorporate a serum/vitamin concentrate instead ....
Daily Cleansing helps to minimize pores.  When oil and dirt accumulate, your pores expand to accomodate,
cleansers and toners dissolve and clears away dead cells, oil and debris that can lead to clogging and
enlarged pores.
 Cleanse skin for 60 seconds.
Facial Oils, such as Rosagraf Pomegranate  are so beneficial to the skin, they put a shield on the skin to
protect.
Serums are excellent products to use during the day under your SPF if you don't want to wear a
cream under your full/broad spectrum SPF Sunblock/Sunscreen
Remember Gel sunscreens due to their texture (tend to sweat off) need to be reapplied
more often
then lotions, something to think about.   Full/Broad Spectrum Sunscreens 30+ should be used
daily if you are going to be in the sun for more than 20 minutes at a time.  Otherwise your Basic
Moisturiser or Moisturiser with added filters used daily are fine.  If you don't go outside at all you don't
need them.   If you are using a moisturizer/serum and a separate sunscreen, the moisturizer should go on
first, then sunscreen, then makeup. If you are also using a topical medication, that should be applie
d
before everything else, then the rest of the layering process is repeated.
Retinol is a powerful ingredient in skincare  THAT  has been clinically proven to reduce the appearance of
fine lines and wrinkles when used long term, they should be used at night other powerful  ingredients include

Vitamin C, Peptides, Plant Stem Cells, Ceramides and AHA (alpha hydroxy acids)
Eyes, don't ignore your eyes - the thinnest skin on the body that needs the most care!  Be consistent in
applying your lotions and creams to reduce early wrinkling and crepiness.
Important ingredients to look for in an eye product are Vitamin A, Peptides, Zinc and C
Skin tone, did you know that uneven skin tone will make you look older. it is ageing.  Lightening products
will help repair this problem and to prevent or maintain results a good skin care regimen is important along
with the use of
Sun Protection products when necessary/needed.
Peptides and/or Ceramides, Plant Stem Cells are a good alternative for those who are sensitive to
retinol products. Both
boost collagen, repair/heal and brighten - lighten the skin.  Copper, Matrixyl and
Argireline are among the most powerful tpes of peptides for increasing collagen production and help
speed up healing of skin cells damage.  Peptides are beneficial to all skin types.

Lipbalm - Go green - Be safe - Look for products containing beeswax in lieu of petroleum
