The healing properties of salt are also known in allopathic medicine. It is recommended to use sea salt, epsom salts or use himalayan salt. 1-2 cups are recommended. They are high in mineral content which are absorbed by the body while soaking, they exfoliate and hydrate the skin while absorbing critical mineals through skin. Soak for at least 12 minutes up to 20 minutes. If you do not wish to take a bath then you can soak your feet in a bowl with 1/4 -1/2 CUP of salts AND just enough water to cover the top of your feet. Soak for 30 minutes in warm water once weekly to destress and absorb critical minerals that your body needs, you will sleep better. Did you know that new wrinkles can appear in a matter of months, or even weeks, during times of stress.
