I have been enjoying this buisness/profession for over 12 years, which began upon receipt of my
Diploma for Advanced Aesthetics along with 4 certificates including Introductory Aromatherapy,
Introductory Reflexology, Advanced Beauty/Spa Body Therapy (Relaxational Swedish Body Massage,
Body Wraps, Anti-cellulite treatments, Advanced Facials, Peels and so on...) and Fiberglass Nails
Enhancements all from Gina's College of Advanced Esthetics in Ontario, Canada, where the owner is
an esthetician classically trained in Europe, bringing the concept of a health and beauty spa in the
European tradition to Canada. I also have knowledge and experience with the ultrasound machine
through past work experience while assisting the chiropractor in his clinic...
Throughout my career, I consistently strive to remain on the cutting edge of technology and
education through seminars, beauty shows and by networking with others in similar fields!

Traditional European Facial
This facial is customized for different skin types including acne,
sensitive and rosacea.

I allow l-¼ to l-½ hours for this all-inclusive treatment.

Cleansing, Skin Analysis, Exfoliant/Peeling activated with steam,
Manual pore cleansing if necessary, Application of a facial electrogel
full of vitamins including calendula, collagen and sea salt followed by
the use of High frequency machine* followed by an application of a
serum + A Luxurious massage USING A beautiful Collagen Massage
cream for Face, neck & shoulder massage. Finishing with soothing
facial and hand and harm massage.

A massage correctly administered will provide therapeutic effects. It will
stimulate collagen and elastin, improve skin texture, help eliminate toxins,

This intensive care treatment is intended for all including mature, pre
mature, dry, sensitive, combination and sun-damaged skin. It

The High Frequency machine uses Glass Electrodes (in many different shapes
and sizes) to treat different skins. When applied to the skin, a therapeutic light
high frequency electrical current passes through the neon or argon gas filled
glass electrode making it to light up with a violet purple glow. It is felt as a
pleasant tingle. The current provokes an infusion of enriched oxygen
molecules into the skin, cleaning, massaging, stimulating blood flow, and
assisting in lymphatic drainage.

The current works on skin tone. it induces a contraction of blood vessels and
small muscles under the skin’s surface. The resulting dilation of the blood
vessels shoves toxins away, while cells are infused with increased nutrients. It
therefore increases blood circulation and cell renewal. Other associated
benefits are increased production levels of Collagen and Elastin (which can

It is an effective a non-invasive alternative to dramatic
procedures as plastic surgery, agressive chemical peels,
laser resurfacing, Collagen and Botox injections and other
similar treatments.

STEAM IN A FACIAL:
Utilizing steam helps to moisten, remove dead skin cells & brigthen
skin. The oxygen ionic vapour has the function of sterilizing and
cleansing. It allows pores to open up and breathe. Dirt, oil and grime,
which can easily clog the pores and lead to breakouts, blackheads and
other imperfections, are deeply cleansed as the steam penetrates the
face. Steam also revives tired skin, removes toxins and improves
circulation. Though primarily used as a skin care technique, the facial
steam is equally beneficial in relieving stress and cold symptoms.
Essential oils will be added to the steamer to treat different skin
types. Please note that sensitive skins or mature skins types will be
no longer then 3 minutes under steam.

I recommend some kind of Anti-Blemish Gel for face, back and chest waxings or Tend
skin or even Dr. Renaud Sensiderme Gel and Aloe Gel.. Use it every night until you
no longer need it. A day or two after your waxing service, use your exfoliating scrub
on the face, or pumice gloves and bath gel on your body.

Also be advised that even with the greatest care, SOME lifting of skin, tearing or
bruising can occur due to what may be going on inside your body, skin condition, or
for whatever reason your skin is sensitive on that day....

Don't shave in between - that totally defeats the
purpose!.

Plan your waxing appt. a week before an important
event, not the day before or the day of.

You will find the highest level of sanitation in my salon!!!

Did you know that even using Antibiotics can make your skin more sensitive and
reactive to waxing! If you use aha creams please stop using 2-3 days before waxing
and do not use 1-2 days after waxing. Also remember that during menstruation or
pregnancy you will be more sensitive due to hormones thus possibly get more red and
irritated..

Waxing is not performed on clients that are
using prescription Accutane or Retin A, Differin,
Renova, Antibiotic, Avita, Glyquin, Accutane,
Glycolic Acid or anothe other skin thinners,
Steroids or who are diabetic or any medically
supervised skin condition or using any kind of
prescription prescribe by their doctor, If they
have had a chemical peel or a surgical procedure
you should get a release from their dr before you
wax. You should wait 2-6 months after your
treatment as ended before resuming any waxing.
Ask your doctor if unsure!
As all the above sensitise the skin and lifting of
the skin will occur during a waxing procedure
causing really bad scarring.... please do not hold
this information FROM your esthetician......

the eyes it does travel....
