No Refunds (cash or any other)!    No Returns!    No exceptions!  
Unclaimed/Refused parcels will not be refunded! see details below where it says POLICIES in

Please note that Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled!
Please do not make false claims - they will not be tolerated or honored!  We
package every order carefully and double check every order before shipping!
 
We are unable to take responsibility for lost packages once the parcel leaves
Elle's it becomes Postal Services responsibility - we don't work for CANADA POST.
After placing your order, we send you a confirmation email which is followed by a shipping
confirmation e-mail including a tracking number once parcel has been shipped..so you can track your
shipment online!   
P.S  Buisness Days do not include weekends.!
ORDERS are usually shipped within 2-7 buisness days upon receiving your ORDER
 request!  
Please be aware that sometimes delays are inevitable due to circumstance!  But we
will always update you on the status.....

rigid border security and we caution you to be patient.
Generally orders arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

Please be patient during this transit time as it is out of our hands once the item leaves the salon, we
cannot control the speed of the delivery time or Postal Service errors .  Please start counting from the
day the order was shipped not the day you placed the order!  
During Holidays, there will be delays.

The speed of customs clearance as well as both the U.S. Postal Service and our own
country's postal service will all affect the speed of your delivery.

parcel is ready to leave Canada or after initial tracking info. that further tracking info.

delayed/backed up at customs.

For US orders
If for any reasons any applicable duties or taxes is charged at the time an order arrives at its
destination, you are responsible for this charge..so please check or be aware of this as
 
No Refunds will be given for parcels returned back to us for customers who did not pick up, not
accepted (refuse) and did not claim their parcels at their postal office, meaning you loose your
purchase!  
In some cases shipping and restocking fees will apply!
We will not be responsible for the payment of any Customs Duties under any circumstances. When ordering
from us you agree to pay any import duties which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to
pay any import duties imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price
of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of the order and the shipping price together with any
shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your

What are the customs charges for?  The duties/taxes are amounts that your government charges to import
items into your country
Customs duties are not always applied, depending on the value, product enclosed and so on... Each country
has its own rules for determining whether customs duties will apply. Some countries only charge customs
duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount.  Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible
that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.
Customs policies vary widely between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further
information. When ordering from us you are also considered the importer of the ordered product and you
must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

POLICIES
For orders outside Canada If for any reasons any applicable duties or taxes is charged at the time an order
arrives at its destination, you are responsible for this charge..so please check or be aware of this.

ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED YOU CANNOT CANCEL IT!
UNCLAIMED PARCELS - NO REFUNDS read on.....
No refunds will be given for parcels returned back to us for customers who did
not pick up, not accepted (refuse) and did not claim their parcels at their postal
office!  You loose your purchase, so please pick them up!
Again, to be clear
We do not give refunds for all unclaimed or refused parcels
returned to us....... No exceptions! No excuses....So it is at your best interest to
claim them.

If by chance a parcel is returned to us we will contact you (email) and arrange to return the
parcel to you once again and you will be responsible for the shipping cost fee for the second
shipping attempt!
Please note we will make only 1 attempt to resend your order after that it's a loss for you! so
please claim your parcel! it is at your best interest!
DAMAGED GOODS/LOST/STOLEN PARCELS:
Damaged goods need to be returned to us within 7 days of date received (please email
us first). Due to increased restrictions imposed by Canada Post they may request to see the item before
proceding with the claim in  which case we need to have the item available.....once we receive the
damaged goods we will proceed with making a claim with Canada Post and ship to you replacement
of damaged product  once Canada Post grants a claim -
no money refund - but we will replace with
same product ordered.....

Lost and Damaged Goods - In Canada I make the claim in the US and International we both have to
make claims...
..
But I can honestly say and trust that we really take care in making sure the items are well packed and
protected to make sure this doesn't happen.

Lost Parcels No Refunds (cash or any other kind) will be issued for
lost/stolen parcel , but we will gladly replace new products
(same products you ordered) which will be shipped
to you once Canada Post as attempted to trace the parcel with no luck and admits that it was lost during
transit and grants the claim
(this can take 2-4 weeks).  
Please note I cannot make exceptions for anyone.  We ask to please be patient during this process and
understand that we are doing our best to help you with this situation, this process from beginnning to end can
take anywheres from 4- 8 weeks!  
If by any chance your parcel shows up please do not pursue with the claim, if you receive or have
received a claim sheet but you have found your parcel don't fill out the claim  just dispense of it - that
way the claim will be cancelled.  Thank you so much! We truly appreciate your honesty!  Thank you
for your support!  It's very difficult to loose a parcel with tracking.... why I have to honestly say in all
my years of doing this I have never lost a parcel.

Elle's Esthetic Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they
have left our salon.  IF CANADA POST after thorough investigation decide it
DOES NOT GRANT A CLAIM THEN ELLE'S ESTHETIC STUDIO
CANNOT REPLACE YOUR PRODUCTS AND YOU LOOSE YOUR
PURCHASE.  Canada Post will not grant a claim if something seems like it
doesn't add up or suspicious...... they know through experience which claim are
suspicious!
 CANADA POST  IS STRICT, they don't just grant claims to
anyone they really investigate and need solid proof!


Please note that no refunds or replacement of product will be issued for lost
parcel for a wrong shipping address given by you.  So please double check your
address when making the purchase.
MORE  POLICIES
Sometimes products are on backorder and out of our control,  In the
event that we cannot completely fill your order we typically send
everything that we can and then send the remaining products as soon as
we receive them.
Sales are final; no returns! for sanitary reasons, due to the
nature of the products we sell and the
in depth info./guidance offered to you by a
professional and provided on this website,
we do not accept returns because you don't like the product or that
it is not working for you, change your mind - don't want it any longer or
any other reasons. Please keep
that in mind before placing an order, these are our policies.

We do not accept returns/refunds in our salon either, the same policies goes for open or unopened products,
no exceptions.  When you are not familiar with a product it is a willing risk that you are taking when you
purchase it online where a policy states no returns AND final sales..... these are not computers or electronics
they are hygienic personal products, a huge difference here.... when you are not familiar with a product
placing small orders may be a better option if you are not willing to risk it, like don't buy a whole kit buy one
product at a time.

I always suggest to my clients if they purchased a product for the face and don't like it for one reason or
another instead of wasting it by throwing it away.... give it to a freind, sister or etc.... as a good gesture or use
it on other parts of your body, for example a scrub for the face but don't like it use it on your hands, body or
feet.... get the idea?
