Always dilute your essential oils meaning always mixed them with
lotion, water, oil etc.... the only ones that may be used neat (without
dilution) is lavendar or tea tree oil  and even then I always
recommend to my clients to apply 1-2 drops in a small container to
directly to a q-tip and then use your q-tip to apply to the area
desired to prevent sensitivities.....

The dosages mentioned are recommended for average sized adults. For the
elderly, disabled, the very sick or young children, half the dose is
recommended.
Use the following measurements as a guideline when diluting the essential oil in
a base oil (carrier oil)  such as grapeseed,  sweet almond, olive, Sesame,
vegetable etc.. or lotion. If you have any medical conditions please consult
with your doctor if unsure if and how to use essential oils....
